Mission & vision

Where we are going, and why it is worth going.

Clean energy. A smarter journey. A new India. We think the next wave of infrastructure gets built where clean power, smart software and better travel meet.

Our vision

To be the clean energy and mobility platform the world trusts most. We want every city, highway and business linked by energy that is clean, smart and cheap to run.

Our mission

To speed up the shift to clean energy and better ways to travel. We do it by building tech-led sites that pay their way for business, for government and for the public.

Saaf urja. Smart safar. Naya Bharat.

Clean energy. A smarter journey. A new India. The words on our logo, and the shortest version of what we are for.

A message from our MD & CEO

Ganesh Thakur

Building a greener future. Creating a lasting impact.

Green Leap started with a simple belief. The way we make and use energy has to get cleaner, smarter and safer.

Starting this company is not just a milestone. It is a promise. We want a real part in India’s move to clean energy and clean transport. And we want to build things that still matter in thirty years.

The world is changing how it makes, moves, stores and uses power. That opens a door. It also asks more of the companies who walk through it. You have to plan far ahead, hold your standards, and mean what you say.

Safety, quality and care for the planet are not lines in a document here. They are how we judge our own work. Every design, every site and every partner has to stand up to that test.

We want to build more than hardware. We want to build trust. Trust with drivers, with hosts, with our own staff, and with the people who live around our sites.

We are not here just to watch the shift to clean energy. We are here to help shape it.

So we will keep spending on technology, on people, and on the way we work. We will keep learning. We will keep raising our own bar.

Our aim is plain. We want Green Leap to be a name that people in clean energy trust. We want to be a real force in how India powers its journeys.

The road ahead asks for courage, teamwork and patience. With the people we have, and the trust we have been given, I believe we will keep taking bold steps.

Thank you to our staff, our customers, our partners, our investors and our well-wishers. You are part of this.

This is only the beginning. The leap ahead is much bigger.

With gratitude and determination,

Ganesh Thakur

What the name means

Green

Clean energy, and growth we can be proud of. Care for the land, and value that lasts rather than value that spikes.

Leap

A real shift. Not small steps, but a move from old systems to what comes next in energy and travel.

Where we are heading

We are building a nationwide network in three phases. Each one builds on the last.

Phase 1 · Now

  • Charging on land we do not own
  • Deals with property owners
  • Sites for business and for fleets

Phase 2 · Next

  • Solar over the bays
  • Batteries behind the chargers
  • One platform running all of it

Phase 3 · Then

  • Hubs worth stopping at
  • Software that decides when to buy power
  • A network that behaves as one

What we hold ourselves to

Six words, and what each one costs us.

01
Innovation
We would rather solve the grid problem than wait for it. The microgrid is our answer to it.
02
Technology
We own the software that runs the network, so metering, payments and faults are ours to fix.
03
Trust
A charger that works is the only marketing that counts. We watch every session and fix faults before anyone calls.
04
Sustainability
Solar and storage are in the plan from the first drawing. They are not bolted on later.
05
Customer first
The driver downloads nothing. The host pays nothing. If either stops being true, we have it wrong.
06
Progressive impact
Growth that pays its own way. We would rather build fifty sites that earn than five hundred that need propping up.

This is the part we can only do with the people who own the land.
