What we do
Green Leap pays for the hardware, the civil work and the permits. We deal with the Energy provider and we keep the station running. You give us a few bays.
We lease two to four bays from your existing parking. You keep running the property exactly as you do now.
This is the simplest way in. We install the chargers, brand them and run them. You pay nothing. You earn a fixed monthly lease on the bays, plus 15% to 20% of the profit on every unit sold. Drivers stay 20 to 40 minutes while they charge, and most of them spend that time inside your building.
Vacant plots on a highway become full Green Leap Cafe Plazas. We buy the land or take a long lease.
If your plot earns nothing today, we build the whole stop on it: fast charging, clean toilets and a food court. We bring in the food brands that keep it busy. You can sell the land or lease it long term, and the plaza pulls highway traffic onto it every day.
Delivery fleets, e-taxis and office yards charge on AC bays at night and top up on DC.
A depot does not need every vehicle charging at once. It needs every vehicle full before the first shift leaves. Our 7.2 to 22 kW dual-socket AC bays spread the load across the night, so the yard never overloads your panel. Off-peak night tariffs cut 15% to 20% off the Energy provider rate.
Destination charging where people already park for an hour or more.
Malls, offices, factories and housing blocks all have parking that sits idle most of the day. We match the charger to how long people stay, so you are not paying for power you never use. Every session is metered on its own, apart from your building supply.
A driver who stays nine hours needs nothing like the power of one who stays twenty minutes. We pick the tier that fits.
