What we do with your data, in plain words.

This policy covers this website. It is written by Green Leap Technologies & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., referred to here as Green Leap, we or us. Our address and contact details are at the foot of this page.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site. There are two forms. The host form asks for your name, email, phone, town, and what kind of property you have. The investor form asks for your name, email and firm. We collect nothing else, by any other means.

We do not run analytics on this site. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no third-party embed. We do not build a profile of you, and we cannot tell one visitor from another.

What is stored on your device

One item, and only during a festival greeting. When the greeting is shown and you close it, the site saves a note in your browser so it does not show again. That note lives in your browser, never reaches us, and you can clear it at any time by clearing site data.

Where your form goes

Both forms post to a Google Form owned by us. Your answers are stored in Google Workspace and we read them there. Google acts as our processor for this and handles the data under its own terms. Nobody outside Green Leap and Google can see what you send.

Why we use it

To answer you. We use it to reply, to set up a call or a site visit, and to keep a record of what was said. We do not use it for anything else.

What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not rent or trade it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, its servers keep short technical logs of requests, which can include an IP address. These logs exist to keep the site up and safe. We do not use them to identify anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry while the conversation is live, and for up to three years after. That way we still have it if you come back to us. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Your rights

Indian data protection law gives you rights over your data. You can ask what we hold, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. You can also complain about how we have handled it. Write to the address below and we will reply within thirty days.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.

Changes

If what we do with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. We will not make a change quietly.
